Common questions
Can you stream to YouTube, Facebook and Zoom at the same time?
Yes. That is our normal hybrid setup: one production feed pushed simultaneously to the platforms your audience already uses, with the in-room screens running off the same system.
Do you travel outside Nairobi?
We do. We are based in Nairobi and travel countrywide with the rig for conferences, crusades and county events. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed up front.
What if the venue internet is unreliable?
We never rely on venue Wi-Fi alone. We bring our own connection with mobile failover, and we test the uplink before the programme starts.
How soon do we get the recording and photos?
The full recording is handed over on the day or immediately after. Edited highlights, graded video and retouched photo galleries follow on a delivery date agreed in the quote.
Can we book just one service, like sound or photography?
Absolutely. Plenty of clients book a single line. Booking the full package just means the audio, screens and stream are designed together rather than patched together on the day.
