About us
Who we are
We started out in media production: cameras, photography and video. As clients kept asking us to handle the sound and the screens too, we grew into the full audio-visual brief and rebranded from Gift Digitech Media to Gtech Audio Visual Limited. Today one crew runs the microphones, the LED wall and the stream, for events across Kenya.

Gtech Audio Visual Limited is a Nairobi-based audio-visual company. We deliver professional audio-visual solutions including livestreaming, sound, LED & TV screens, videography and photography.
The business began as Gift Digitech Media, covering events with cameras and delivering video and photography. Clients kept coming back with the same follow-up question: could we also handle the PA, the screens, and getting the whole thing online for people who could not travel. Rather than subcontract those pieces, we invested in them.
Today the same crew handles the microphones, the LED wall and the stream. That matters more than it sounds: when one team owns the whole chain, the audio going out to YouTube is the same clean desk feed the room hears, the slides on screen match what the remote audience sees, and there is one person to call when the run of show changes ten minutes before doors.
We work with churches and ministries, conference organisers, corporates, families planning weddings, and public bodies running national gatherings. We are based in Nairobi and travel countrywide with the rig.
“Freezing moments, capturing life”
The slogan we started with still decides how we work. Every event is judged on two things: could the room hear it, and can the people who could not be there still be part of it, today and years from now.

What sets us apart
Built for events that only happen once
Live events do not get a second take. This is how we make sure yours goes right.

01 / 05
Our crew
The same crew handles the microphones, the LED wall and the stream. When one team owns the whole chain, there is one person to call when the run of show changes ten minutes before doors.

02 / 05
One crew, one system
Sound, screens and stream come from the same team, so the audio your online audience hears is the same clean feed the room gets.

03 / 05
Backup on the critical path
Redundant internet, spare mics and a second camera. Live events do not get a second take, so we plan for the things that fail.

04 / 05
Nairobi based, countrywide
We travel with the rig. Conferences at the coast, upcountry crusades and county functions are all in normal working range.

05 / 05
Files, not promises
The recording is handed over after the event and edits land on an agreed date, not whenever the season goes quiet.
Working with us
What booking Gtech looks like
- 01
Tell us the date
Call, WhatsApp or send the form with your date, venue and rough headcount. We will tell you straight away whether we are free.
- 02
Site visit & plan
For anything larger than a boardroom we walk the venue, check power and the uplink, and write the technical plan around your run of show.
- 03
Rig & rehearse
We arrive early, set up, sound check and test the stream before your first guest walks in.
- 04
Show day & handover
Our crew runs the desk for the full programme, then hands over the recording before we strike the set.
Plan your event
Got a date in the diary?
Tell us the venue and the headcount and we will tell you exactly what the room needs, and what it costs.
